Short, because the service is simple. Meelezer is run by WebCie Holding in the Netherlands. Reach us at jesse@sar.nl.
What this is
You put documents in a box and ask questions about them. A language model reads them and answers, quoting the page it took each claim from so you can check it.
What it is not
It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for a notary, a solicitor, an accountant or a mortgage adviser. The model can be wrong, can miss things, and can misread a scan. Every answer cites the page it came from precisely so that you can verify it, and on anything that matters — money, deadlines, what you are signing — you should. Decisions you take are yours.
Credits
The first questions on a set of documents are free. After that, one credit is one question. Credits are bought in packs, do not expire, and belong to the browser that bought them until you sign in with the email on your receipt, which brings them together on whichever device you are using.
Opening a set of documents for the first time can cost credits, because reading a stack the first time is where nearly all the cost is. That price is always shown before it is charged, and you only ever pay for pages you have not opened before.
Refunds
If a question fails, nothing is charged; if it is charged and fails anyway, tell us and we will put it back. If you have bought credits and not used them, write to us within 14 days and we will refund them. Credits that have been spent on answers are not refundable, for the same reason a printed book is not.
Fair use
There are limits on how fast and how much can be asked, because each question costs real money to answer. They are set well above what any person reading their own paperwork will reach. Do not use this to process other people’s documents without their knowledge, and do not try to get around the limits.
Availability
This is a small service. It may be unavailable, and it may stop. If it stops for good we will refund unspent credits to anyone who asks and can show a receipt.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited, and Dutch law applies.
